Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:

The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging
You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The item is not a final sale, clearance, or custom-cut product (see below)

To start a return, contact us at aounsaluminium@hotmail.com or 0410 656 501 with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you, in line with your rights under the ACL.
Please do not attempt to install or modify a faulty item.
